Kikusumi products are manufactured to the highest level of quality standards and come with full Kikusumi warranty protection.  The Kikusumi warranty ensures your purchases are fully warranted to be free of defects in material and/or craftsmanship.  All Kikusumi products purchased from an authorized retailer or sales channel and manufactured by Kikusumi are covered by our limited warranty. This limited warranty covers all hardware defects in components or workmanship under normal use for the period specified by each individual product. If the defect is found to be covered under this warranty, Kikusumi will either repair or replace the defective product using new or refurbished replacement parts without charge.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, water entry, abuse, misuse, accidental breakage, negligence, defects caused by modifications, repair and servicing not made or authorized by Kikusumi, damage caused by handling, operating, storing, or using the product outside the intended uses described by our product literature.  Small chips and/or broken tips on knives can often be corrected by sharpening.  Any defective product that is no longer available or cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable product at our discretion. This warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser, U.S. and Canadian residents only.
