CONVENIENT TWO BLADE DESIGN
Ambidextrous design allows for use by both right-handed and left-handed users. Two-blades connected by an interlocking screw allow them to be easily pulled apart for easy cleaning or sharpening. Blades can then be recombined just by aligning the interlocking screw so they fit back together. For storage these scissors will adhere to a magnetic surface.
SIMPLE CLEAN & SHARPEN
Hand wash and dry recommended to maintain sharpness longer and immediately after working with acidic ingredients. Avoid using to cut hard objects like bones, nutshells, and frozen foods as this can damage the blade and reduce sharpeness. Recommended for hand washing and drying to maintain sharpness longer. Store in black blade guard pouch.

INSTRUCTIONSThese scissors can be sharpened but is recommended to be done by a sharpener who specializes in scissors and not just with knife. Avoid trying to cut through larger bones and instead cut through the joints or parts soft bones like cartilage.
MAINTENANCE
To clean HASAMI rinse under running water then pat dry on a towel. [Can be used in dishwashers however the heat and pressure will dull them faster ]
