DESCRIPTION

Serrated blade with ‘soft edges’ cuts through the crustiest breads.  16 Degree double beveled edge for precision cutting. High carbon daido 1K6 stainless steel blades. Octagonal rosewood handles with buffalo horn collar are smooth and comfortable to grip. 

MAINTENANCE

To preserve the natural wood oils and maximize the durability of the the kinife we recommend hand washing with gentle sponge and drying after use.
